Rehman Malik meets US Assistant Secretary Brownfield

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik met with US Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Law William R. Brownfield in Islamabad on Tuesday, television reports said.
The officials discussed matters pertaining to the ‘war on terror’ and the state of relations between the US and Pakistan in the aftermath of the Abbottabad operation.
The fourth ministerial-level strategic dialogue also discussed the various factors behind terrorist activities in Pakistan, reports said.
